1. Business Development Manager, GrabMart

Qualification

  1. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any field (preferably in business, management or marketing)
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in dealing with major brands is a must. Of great importance is experience in structuring collaboration terms, securing deals and collaboration campaign
  3. FMCG/Supermarket/Retail industry background is an advantage
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills in both written and spoken English
  5. Microsoft Office skills are required (MS. Excel, MS. Word and MS. PowerPoint)
  6. A highly independent individual with excellent team-working skills
  7. Ability to build good relationships with partners and match partners’ needs and organisation resources to grow the GrabMart business
  8. Ability to fuse business, strategy, finance and legal concepts to lead complex, multi-faceted deals
  9. Energetic, enthusiastic and calm even in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  10. Excellent time management and communication skills with excellent leadership skills

2. Business Improvement Lead, GrabFood

Qualification

  1. Bachelor (and/or) degree and fluent in Bahasa and English
  2. Project management certification is a plus
  3. Comfortable to use full range of Google Suites and Microsoft Office and be comfortable analysing large data sets
  4. Familiar with project management tools (Ms. Project, SmartSheet, Confluence), discipline and technique (waterfall, agile, critical path and other relevant technique)
  5. Managing project and product go-to-market across region with multiple stakeholders involved (business, operations and tech)
  6. Minimum of 4 years experience with start-up/tech, banking/finance, operations, e-commerce, marketing or management consulting background
  7. Ability to communicate clearly to different stakeholders across different seniority level and function (business, operations, product and engineering)
  8. Ability to drive multiple stakeholders toward common business objective whilst work independently and deal effectively with complex, changing and ambiguous environment
  9. Passionate about managing and developing people with strong people skills
  10. Have a good balance of interpersonal and analytical skills to be successful

Qualification

  5. Experience in business analysis
  6. Experience in data extraction and manipulation

  9. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

6. Head, Demand Planning Marketing Strategy

Qualification

  1. A minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in technology firms, financial services or top tier management consulting
  2. Proven track record of senior stakeholder management
  3. Confident in processing and analysing complex data sets using Excel
  4. Working knowledge of SQL and experience with customer lifecycle management is preferred but not essential
  5. Quantitative discipline with strong business sense and ability to articulate complex analyses to a wide range of audiences, and translating these to actionable business insights
  6. Ability to see big picture while not losing sight of details
  7. A start-up attitude – willing to work hard to get things done
